This thing shall not pass. Seriously. ACTA is an European* relative of SOPA and PIPA, mostly. And we don't wat our beloved Internet to be censored.
Also, I wouldn't oppose ACTA if Polish people could afford original MP3s and stuff. Seriously, I would have to work 3 hours at least to buy 1 CD. Usually, for a student like me, it would be more like 5h. For one damn CD. Seriously, we get paid like a 3rd world country, but we are expected to pay usual EU prices. 25 for concert tickets? In my previous job it would be over 14, yes, fourteen hours of work for one damn ticket.
And don't even get me started on the subject of medicine.
Either way, after ACTA I would be crippled when it comes to culture. Cultural goods are perceived as exclusive and I'm in no position to buy exclusive stuff.
Poland is truly beautiful, but I don't need nice countryside. I need a job. And money. And, most of all, a decent life that I would afford.
This is the main reason why do I oppose ACTA.
